The Children's Aid Society of Hamilton was established in 1894 as a non-profit, charitable organization focusing on the well-being and protection of children. The C.A.S. is mandated under The Child and Family Services Act of Ontario to provide child protection services in our community. This Society is funded 100% by the Province of Ontario, through the Ministry of Children and Youth Services.
